Dian Leach (1935-1994) American, Oil on Canvas. Signed. Titled "Yellow Interior". Dian Leach first studied art at Dominican College in San Rafael, California and, subsequently, at San Francisco State University and the San Francisco Art Institute. During the late 1960's, she studied with Ann Rice O'Hanlon (1908-1998), and exhibited at the Sight and Insight Gallery. During the 1970's, Leach continued to study anatomy and figural painting. She exhibited at numerous one-woman shows and group exhibitions, including at the Crocker Art Museum, Sausalito's Industrial Complex Building, the Rose-Bernardi Gallery and the Arlene Lind gallery in San Francisco.
