Clifford Bailey (Born 1969) American, Original Oil on Canvas. Depicts a cellist and an accordion player on either side of a slinky nightclub singer with an older style microphone, in the artist's signature style. Signed upper left. Writing on the back of the canvas gives the title "Lilac Wine," the date of production as 8/07, the size, and states it is an oil original.

Clifford Nolan Bailey was born in Miami, Florida in 1969, and began exploring art early on in his youth, inspired by the local nightlife. He obtained his Bachelors of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York in 1991, and returned to Miami to sell his works to many local clubs, pool halls, and private owners in the South Beach scene. In the early 2000s he became a “traveling artist,” moving around the country to work on site and produce original pieces as well as murals commissioned by restaurants and hotels, and continues to produce new works as well as print series of his most popular pieces to this day, evoking the Roaring Twenties with a modern twist in all his art.
