Chippendale Queen Anne Style Needlepoint Wingback Armchair With Ball and Claw Feet. High arched back with deep, sweeping side wings leading into outward-flared scroll armrests. Upholstered across the interior front, seat apron, and wings in a heavy needlepoint tapestry displaying large stylized floral and acanthus leaf motifs on a warm beige ground, finished with a brass nailhead trim along the base. Includes a separate loose seat cushion decorated with a floral bouquet panel and fringed tassel edging. Back and exterior side panels covered in a neutral woven beige fabric. Raised on front cabriole legs deeply carved at the knees with shell motifs and terminating in ball-and-claw feet; sweeping cabriole-style legs to the rear.
