Chip Gipson (20th Century) American. Titled "Honey Lake" California in winter. Gipson was a member of the Nevada Artists Association. He has exhibited extensively in the West and Midwest. In 1971, he won the "Best of Show Popularity Award" at the Nevada State Fair. Signed and dated 1971. Titled on the back.
