Chinese carved round wooden sculpture originally created to be mounted on a vertical rod intended to lead a processional. Two Figures are walking with one hand holding a jar against their body with a second hand holding up spiritual tokens. Gilt Grain / Ferns hang from above. Various species of ferns are associated with particular deities and are believed to bring good luck, prosperity, and blessings. A bird is observing from inside of a planter on the far right. The Cobblestone floor and surrounding border are done with exquisite detail.
