Charles Mulvey (1918-2001) American Seascape with figures walking on the beach in the distance. Mulvey sold water color paintings in local pharmacies and did commission paintings. In 1955 he opened The Sea Chest gallery next to his residence, which later became the Charles Mulvey Gallery. He taught water color classes throughout the Northwest and Western Canada.
