Charles Nelson Bradley was born on February 13th, 1925 in Flint, Michigan. After his service in World War II he attended Ringling College of Art in Sarasota, Florida on the GI Bill, going on to join the staff in 1956 and become the head of the highly successful Interior Design Department in 1965. He retired from the faculty in 1976 but continued to offer private art lessons and make art up until his death on December 8th, 2001, leaving behind a legacy of artists, architects, designers, and fabricators throughout Florida and the Suncoast who had all been inspired by him.
