\Carol Jablonsky (1939-1992) was an accomplished American artist known for her etchings, watercolors, and lithographs. Born in Port Washington, New York, she studied at Boston University, the Art Students League in New York, and the Institute Allende in Mexico. Her work often featured endearing and imaginative creatures, reflecting her meticulous research and inspiration from various historical and cultural sources. Jablonsky's art was widely exhibited in the U.S. and Mexico, with pieces held in notable collections such as the El Paso Museum of Art and the Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco.
