Antique Japanese Meiji Period Cloisonne Decorative Plate. Made circa 1880-1910, showing Victorian influences in the more restrained field with a blue background and large floral and bird motifs in center along with an outer geometric border. The back has an attachment to hang it from a wall, with simple curling designs in the edges and an empty middle field.
