This is an Oil on Board painting by American artist, Anthony Rizzo (1919-2000) depicting a coastal town scene. It is signed in the lower left. Rizzo served in the Pruett Air Army field in Maine and was a cartoonist for the base newspaper. He was also a background painter for Disney on classics such as "Sleeping Beauty", "101 Dalmations", and "The Aristocrats." Rizzo was a member of the Valley Artists Guild in Los Angeles and many other associations.
