6th Century B.C. western Greek pottery protome maskette. A buff terracotta maskette, mold made, depicting the bust of a youthful female, her wavy hair bangs revealed beneath a hood which is pulled behind her ears, two tresses hanging down over each shoulder. She wears a low necked garment revealing her bare neck. perforation holes at top for suspension.
Complete with custom mount.
Size: 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 1 1/2 in.
