(3) Carved Bone Figurines. Lot comprised of three carved bone figurines, two Chinese male and female figurines in dark bone, one Indian white bone deity carving.

Carved bone figurines are found in cultures across the world and often carry deep symbolic, spiritual, or utilitarian significance. Made from the bones of animals such as whales, oxen, or deer, these small sculptures are valued both for their material—organic, durable, and tactile—and for the intricate craftsmanship they require. In many Indigenous and ancient societies, carved bone figures were used as talismans, ritual objects, storytelling tools, or personal ornaments, often embodying ancestral spirits, animals, or mythic beings.
