Founded in London in 1815, Royal Doulton evolved from a utilitarian salt-glazed stoneware producer into a preeminent English manufacturer of fine bone china and tableware. The company earned a royal warrant in 1901 and expanded its portfolio over the next century by acquiring prestigious ceramic brands like Royal Albert and Mintons. Acquired by the Finnish company Fiskars in 2015, Royal Doulton continues to produce globally recognized tableware, collectable figurines, and home accessories today.
