2015 Collectible Limited Edition Samuel Adams Utopias Porcelain and Copper Decanter. A rare find, over ten years old, with a cleverly shaped exterior formed and glazed to resemble an old-fashioned copper brewing kettle. The Sam Adams signature is on one side, while on the other is a porthole shaped plate with small copper "doors" that can be closed or opened to reveal a portrait of Samuel Adams himself. The top is a sealed metal cap, with an information label on the column below it. A small pamphlet on a string is wrapped around it with extensive information about the process. On the bottom it lists the year and is numbered 10212, making it one of the final bottles produced that year. Surrounding this information are the words "The Boston Beer Company, Decanter handcrafted by Ceramarte of Brazil exclusively for The Boston Beer Company." Comes with original box.
Condition: No visible damage to porcelain or copper. Kept in air-conditioned, low-light storage. Not for consumption, for decorative and display purposes only.

Founded in 1984 by Jim Koch and Rhonda Kallman, The Boston Beer Company launched its flagship Samuel Adams Boston Lager using a century-old family recipe. The company quickly rose to prominence, winning “Best Beer in America” just six weeks after its debut and eventually growing into the fourth-largest brewer in the United States. Over the years, the business expanded its portfolio beyond traditional beer to include successful brands like Twisted Tea, Angry Orchard hard cider, and Truly Hard Seltzer. In 2019, the company further solidified its industry position by completing a $300 million merger with the Delaware-based Dogfish Head Brewery. Today, the publicly traded company operates major brewing facilities in Massachusetts, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, distributing its products both nationally and internationally, with the ultra-high ABV Utopias and their seasonal beers highly sought after by collectors of breweriana and aficionados throughout America.
