(2) Monumental Chinese Imperial Style Carved Red Marble Foo Dogs / Qilin Dragons. Pair of massive carved red marble foo dogs, displaying a robust, stylized form with a fierce expression, intricate mane detailing, and powerful posture, seated upon a rectangular pedestal base. The piece exhibits a weathered patina and natural veining typical of quarried stone, suggesting it is a substantial architectural or decorative element used for protection and ornamentation.

Condition: Damage to ear. One appears to have been repaired. Commensurate with age.
