Kaiser (also AK Kaiser) is a renowned German porcelain manufacturer, founded in 1872 by August Alboth, with significant production during the West Germany era (1949-1990). Known for high-quality, delicate white bisque porcelain, vases with relief patterns, dinnerware (like the “Romantica” pattern), and collector plates, often featuring neoclassical or floral motifs, the company originated in Coburg, first called Alboth & Kaiser before moving to Kronach in 1899. Today they continue to produce new pieces, as well as their most popular lines from more than a century as one of the longest continuously operating porcelain makers in the region.
