(2) French Saint-Louis Crystal Candlesticks. The bulbous body has hexagonal shapes throughout the main body in imitation of a bunch of grapes, with a protective rim below the holder. No visible markings, but appears as a form that was first produced by the company in the early 1900s.

The Compagnie des Cristalleries de Saint Louis (most commonly known and labeled simply as Saint-Louis) is a glass manufacturer founded in 1586 in Münzthal (Saint-Louis-lès-Bitche in French) in Lorraine. As of today it is the oldest continuously functioning glass maker in the history of France, and the first crystal glass manufacturer in continental Europe (with operations beginning in 1781). The small village has been through numerous regime and nation changes over the centuries, with most of the population dedicated to the craft and the current populace all descendants of the original artisans. The Musée du cristal Saint-Louis exhibits pieces from four different centuries showcasing the technical innovations and artistic creations of the factory. It is housed in one of the main production halls of the factory, and is visited by tens of thousands of visitors each year.
