The Empire Silver Company, established in Brooklyn, New York, in 1946, is a distinguished American manufacturer renowned for its traditional sterling silver and pewter giftware. They specialize in baby gifts, tableware, candlesticks, and Judaica, and were acquired by Lifetime Brands in 2014, which continues to produce new pieces with their mark and patterns.

The New York-based company Maurice Duchin Creation, operational from the 1940s through the 1990s, produced mainly home decor and tableware, often reproducing classic styles before they were absorbed into Empire Silver. Their more Mid Century Modern items are still sought by collectors.
