(14) Imari-Style Porcelain Cups. Marked. Designed with two slightly varied profiles (wider, shallow-form teacups and taller, tapered coffee/chocolate cups). The exteriors are hand-painted on a white porcelain ground, featuring bold iron-red stylized blossoms framed by green foliage and gilded accent branches. The upper rim is encircled by a delicate, pale blue and gold interlocking diamond-lattice band. The interiors are opulently decorated with a wide, heavily gilded border featuring etched trailing floral foliage and scrolls, punctuated by striking cobalt blue rectangular panels containing a classic gilded Greek key geometric pattern. Each piece is finished with an elegant, angular gilded scroll handle.
